Dura-Post Steel Guide posts are constructed from Z275 BHP galvanized steel and are pre-treated before they are powder coated with Interpon D94 powder coat treatment preventing rust, providing the post with added durability and a longer life span which has a 10 year gloss retention warranty. |

Dura-Post Steel Guide Posts, when knocked over can be re-straightened up to 30 times and if hit at lower speeds more re-straitening efforts can be achieved. The hole at the bottom of the post serves three functions. Firstly it is the weakest point allowing the post to bend on impact. It acts as a depth gauge and it serves as a removal hole when the post requires relocation. Dura-Post Steel Guide Posts are available in two grades, Standard Steel Guide Posts are manufactured from 1.6mm steel and are 1350mm in length, suitable for soft and medium soil types and ideally in low impact areas as their re-straightening ability is less than that of our Premium Steel Guide Posts. Premium Steel Guide Posts are manufactured from 2.0mm Steel and are available in three lengths 1350mm for normal situations and for softer soil types or for shoulders where extra length is required, 1500mm and 1650mm lengths are available and all three are suited to be driven into soft, medium and hard soil types including chip seal and bitumen. |

Dura-Post Guide Posts are designed to hold both the Dura-Post patented Light and Sign Brackets. These brackets can be locked to the post preventing theft of signs that can be fixed to the brackets. |

Driveable Guide Posts, The Dura-Post steel guide post is placed into our one part driver, and will drive into challenging surfaces including asphalt, compacted gravels, including hard pan. The internal slides within the driver prevent movement, creating a safe operation when installing the posts. If a guide post ever has to be removed, it can be done so simply and quickly with our patented driver. The benefits for using a driving system are that no holes need to be dug prior to installation and no machinery is ever required for installation or removal. If the post needs to be removed, simply place the removal rod into the lowest hole, fasten the arm pin, and use in the reverse action to remove the post.
